I cannot get the OpenH264 plugin to install on firefox, it is permanently stuck on "will be installed shortly". This seems to be the reason I cannot get my ring cameras to work on my desktop. I'm bad at computer stuff so my apologies and thanks in advance.

When I updated my Firefox app, I was asked for an email address, which I supplied. This address was rejected. I used another email address, but one which I seldom used in firefox, and it was accepted. Now I see that I have two accounts, one under each address, and all my bookmarks and passwords seem to be associated with the rejected email address. There seems to be no clear way to move access them in the new installation,

I've been using Firefox from its beginning and reply on some of its unique features for my work. Since the 138 update I've been struggling to manage with things that have always worked before not working any more. I just updated to 139, and they are still not working.

In Gmail, the delete and mark as unread buttons don't work - I click on them and nothing happens.

In YouTube, from the home page I can't open any video - when I click on the image or the title nothing happens. I have to use another browser for this most basic functionality.

I am using Windows 10 Pro with latest updates on a desktop computer with 16 GB RAM.

I kept getting msgs from xfinity server " we have temporarily blacklisted your IP address, try again later." So I uninstalled Thunderbird from my Android and reinstall it and imported the settings from my desktop Thunderbird, using the QR Code method. My Android Thunderbird now only shows the output folder. It has not tried to fetch an email. Or show any inbox trash or sent folders. What's going on?

Hi there,

I have just updated to version 139, and I still do not have access to tab groups on one of my devices. I have the devices synced and fully updated. I have tried restarting firefox many times, I have gone into the config and set browser.tabs.groups.enabled (already true), browser.tabs.groups.smart.enabled to true, and browser.tabs.groups.optin to true. still nothing and only on this computer. see attached images as proof of software version and config settings. Someone please help! I have been dying without groups after moving from chrome a year or so ago, so when I found out they were added I was so excited.

Hello For more than 15 days, I have had a temperature >90°c for a long period. I've reinstalled my system but I'm still experiencing the same problem. I have a simple use from internet applications: firefox, thunderbird, agenda, joplin in their latest versions. I installed the latest version of the bios but it didn't improve the situation much. I've installed the latest standalone versions of Firefox, including thunderbird 138.0.2 (64 bits).

At each launch, I have a sudden increase in cpu (which resets after 20 to 30s) and the temperature doesn't drop much below 90°C. I've noticed the same thing with Firefox, but I'm posting here because if I'm not active on the PC, I still connect to my numerous mailboxes periodically. If I close my applications and do nothing, it goes down again after about 30 minutes. As this is a new configuration on the latest Ubuntu 25.04 version, I wonder if there could be a problem with TB or Firefox?

My processor : Intel Core i3-1115G4 (Dual-Core 1.7 GHz - 3 GHz / 4.1 GHz Turbo - 4 Threads - Cache 6 Mo) - RAM = 32go
